50' (minimum) outdoor extension cord if you will need to power your ministry
materials.
COST
There will be $175 non-refunadable fee (arrangements for payment will be made
whenyour ministry is contacted) for a ministry booth. This will include 2
Adult 3 day tickets to the festival.
There will also be a $25 fee for electricty to your booth and a $25 fee for
internet access for your booth. (electricity and internet are optional)
SECURITY
You will need to secure your area for overnight. The Big Ticket Festival will
not be responsible for ministry tent area.
HOURS
The Ministry Tent City will be open at 12:00 noon. Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
Access to set up your area will start at 10:00am and needs to be completed
by 11:30am those days.
*Tents will be reserved on a first come first serve basis
*The Big Ticket Festival reserves the right to approve handout materials.
*NO merchandise may be offered for sale! This includes but is not limited to: tshirts, cds, jewelry, and books.
*Vendor applications for 2010 are complete, please do NOT use this form for vendor applications.
