| A | No coolers are allowed on festival grounds. There will be a variety of food options on festival grounds. Please leave coolers in your vehicle or at your campsite. |

| A | Yes backpacks/bags will be allowed on festival grounds. All backpacks/bags allowed will be subject to random searches by security officials. |

| A | No. Due to space limitations and safety concerns, tents and/or screen houses are restricted to camping areas. |

| Q | What kind of seating is available at the festival? |
| A | The Big Ticket does NOT provide seating to festival attendees. With our festival being an outdoor event, we highly encourage people to bring their own lawn chairs and blankets. To allow all attendees an equal chance at optimal viewing Security will mark a line to place chairs. Please remove your chairs after each evening to allow all attendees a chance to choose their seating arrangements. Please note that tents and/or screen houses are restricted to designated camping areas outside the festival. |

| A | Absolutely NO smoking is permitted on festival or camping grounds. |

| A | Concessions will be available on festival grounds as well as the option to leave the festival grounds and go to local restaurant establishments. |

| A | No pets are allowed on festival or camping grounds, with the exception of trained certified handicapped assistance animals. |

| Q | Is there a medical center on site in case of emergency? |
| A | The Big Ticket holds safety to the highest of standards. We have an on site First Aid Station on site, and the Otsego Memorial Hospital is just across the road from the Fairgrounds. |

| Q | Can I bring my skateboard, in-line skates or bike? |
| A | We have a special time on Friday and Saturday where you can bring your skateboard and Skate With the Pros. No bikes will be permitted inside the festival due to saftey concerns for all attendees. You may leave your bike outside of an entry gate. |

| A | There will be special seating for the handicapped near the stage. Anyone wanting this access will need to see a security official and obtain the pass needed. Please contact the Big Ticket office at (989) 731 2808 prior to the festival to obtain details. |

| A | Sorry, due to the nature of the event of Big Ticket we cannot refund/exchange tickets once purchased. |

| Q | Is there a fee for parking at the festival? |
| A | Fairground parking is FREE at the Big Ticket. Parking is limited and buisnesses in adjoining lots may charge a fee to use their parking. Please follow the signs through Gaylord to the FREE Event Parking. |
| Q | Do you allow churches or organizations to sell items for fundraisers? |
| A | At this time no, we do not permit outside parties to sell items at Big Ticket. If you are interested in sharing a ministry please visit www.bigticketfestival.com/ministries. |
| Q | How can I apply to be a food vendor? |
| A | At this time we are NOT accepting food vendor applications for 2010. |
| Q | How can I get a band to play at Big Ticket? |
| A | Artist booking for 2010 is complete. The Indie Artists submission deadline has also passed. |
